Payment & Orders
All orders made by 2pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day, free of charge. Please note that a delay may be incurred between the order being submitted and the payment being authorised; only after payment has been authorised will the item be dispatched.
Credit card details are not stored by RudePlates. All card details are processed by PayPal Ltd. Please read the full terms and conditions of PayPal Ltd. for more details on how your payment details are stored.
Please note that delivery times may vary once the package has been dispatched. For Royal Mail packages, please note that while we would expect most orders to arrive well within 5 days, it is not possible to claim for a lost item until 15 days after dispatch. It is the customer's responsibility to inform RudePlates of any missing item within a reasonable amount of time after the 15 day period.
Any product received damaged should be reported to RudePlates immediately. Please do not accept any package which is received cracked, crushed, or otherwise immediately visibly damaged.
Items sold on this website are fully customised made to the customer's specification. For this reason, the customer is recommended to check the exact details of their customisation before submitting the order. Returns are only accepted with the express agreement of the seller; the seven day cooling off period as stated in the Distance Selling Act does not apply to customised products.
Please be aware that computer monitors may not display a full colour range, or may not be properly calibrated. For this reason, no guarantee may be made on the exact shade of colour matching that shown on the customer's computer. Colours and images are shown for guidance only.
RudePlates will not use any personal details provided for marketing reasons unless the explicit permission of the customer is provided.
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on this website is as up to date and accurate as possible. Please contact us if you have any concerns with the information provided by this site.
The plates sold on this website may be modified to a specification outside the requirements of the authorities in the customer's location. The plates sold by this company should therefore be assumed as not road legal and are not sold for use on public highways. You must not input a DVLA registered registration number.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the plate bought is legal to use in the country in which it is used if it is intended on being used on the road. For the UK, specific details may be found on the DVLA website. RudePlates will not be held responsible for the consequences of any illegal use of the plates sold on this website.
Rudeplates wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to give a prompt replacement if the return results either from an error made by us or from a damaged or defective item. We will only issue replacements in the style of the original order. We require you to notify and return the damaged or defective product within 14 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional postage or handling fees for replacement. When making a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely.
